Nasty Garlic is a poisonous clove of Garlic seen in WarioWare: Touched!. Wario felt sick and decided that Garlic would replenish him. He reached inside his refrigerator and pulled out the last clove of Garlic. He noticed it was different but ate it anyway. The Nasty Garlic created viruses inside his stomach. However, his powerful immune system depleted the viruses with ease. The shock transformed him into Wario-Man.

- Although Wario transformed into Wario-Man in Touched! with a Nasty Garlic, he transformed with a normal Garlic in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
- In WarioWare: Touched!, Nasty Garlic can be used at the Main Menu to transform Wario into Wario-Man.
- Nasty Garlic was one of the ingerdients Ashley used in her potion at the beginning of her Microgame Mix.
